Most of the pieces from samali collection are made to order, in an effort to produce less environmental waste. Please allow up to four business days for our items to be shipped. Many of the fabrics are bought as unused leftovers (from bigger fashion productions from other companies) and then are ethically sewn in our studio in Athens Greece (except from the t-shirts and hoodies which are sewn in Lithuania on a made to order basis too). Thank you for participating in a more conscious way of producing.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
